Disseminated cutaneous histoplasmosis in an immunocompetent child, relapsed with itraconazole, successfully treated with voriconazole

Abstract

We present a rare case of disseminated cutaneous histoplasmosis in an immunocompetent child who relapsed after treatment with amphotericin B followed by itraconazole and was successfully treated with voriconazole.
