This unit presents tables of vectors described throughout the manual, organized by particular function. Individual entries in each table provide figure citations, some specific characteristics, and restriction site data for each vector, as well as sources when available. Restriction site information was generated using MAPSORT from sequence information that was compiled in part from published sequence data.
