Abstract

Patients with a borderline personality disorder show their symptoms within most of their interpersonal interactions. It may even be that their behavioural problems actually reflect their social system's reactive disorganisation. In this second part, systems theory principles used to solve crises met at the psychiatric emergency room and during family therapy follow-up are illustrated.
