Abstract
Objective:
To review the development of tissue culture on Rehmannia glutinosa.
Method:
Documentaries at home and abroad were consulted.
Result and conclusion:
The tissue culture conditions of R. glutinosa were summarized and the problems of tissue culture in R. glutinosa were also pointed out.
