Abstract
We present two patients with exercise-induced bundle branch block (BBB), in which coronary heart disease could not be diagnosed by noninvasive techniques. Exercise-induced BBB (right BBB more than left BBB) is strongly associated with and requires intensive search for coronary heart disease.
