PIP: This Order establishes assistance for reinsertion of all foreign workers who have been involuntarily deprived of employment and wish to leave France to reestablish themselves in their country of origin. This assistance is in addition to public assistance already given to such persons. Further provisions of the Order set forth specific conditions that must be fulfilled by foreigners applying for assistance, procedures for applying, and the formula for calculating the amount of assistance, among other things.
