Preparing for hospital accreditation surveys

Radiol Manage. 1987 Summer;9(3):27-9.

Abstract

The successful completion of hospital accreditation surveys requires extra efforts on the part of staff, even if ongoing monitoring is performed to maintain substantial compliance at all times. This article presents strategies for preparing for the survey process, both from an overall hospital perspective and that of an individual department--the department of radiology.
