John Murphy, executive director of the Flinn Foundation (the largest private grant-making foundation in Arizona, with assets of $70 million) and a charter trustee of Grantmakers in Health (a recently formed national organization of corporate and private foundation donors to the health care field), recently talked with Trustee about the changing relationship between hospitals and health care philanthropy.
