We launched the IMPACT study to investigate the short- and long-term effects of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination on the immune system of patients with Multiple myeloma (MM) and its precursor conditions, Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS) and Smoldering Multiple Myeloma (SMM). We performed single-cell RNA-seq, coupled with single-cell T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR)-sequencing on 224 samples, drawn pre- and post-vaccination from 114 individuals, including healthy donors, patients with MGUS, patients with SMM, and patients with overt MM.
