Study Description

Lung adenocarcinoma in people who have never smoked (NS-LUAD) has a high mortality rate. Knowing NS-LUAD phenotypic plasticity and cell composition can provide guidance for prognosis and treatment. This study comprises large RNA-seq data set from 684 tumor samples from NS-LUAD, including 610 from the Sherlock-Lung Study and 74 downloaded from the public TCGA-LUAD data set. We investigate cell dynamics through the transcriptomic data.
