Important Links and InformationIn this study we have sequenced single cardiomyocytes from 12 individuals (ages from 0.4 to 82 yrs.). We have identified and characterized the somatic single-nucleotide variants (sSNVs). Our study indicates that cardiomyocyte sSNVs increased with age with distinctive mutational signatures.
