- Analysis Methods
- Logistic regression, with COPD as outcome, was performed in individual cohorts, checked for orientation and hg19 chr and positions. Summary statistics for each cohort were further assessed using EasyQC. Then, a fixed-effects meta-analysis was performed using METAL. Variants from the meta-analysis were only further examined if they were present in the UK Biobank as well as at least 11 ICGC studies.
