The effect of time and treatment interaction on MLWHFQ score. The generalized linear mixed model predicted MLWHFQ total scores over time for Optimizer + SoC (solid line) and SoC alone (dashed line) in the three patient groups: (A) All patients, (B) LVEF of 25–34%, and (C) LVEF of 35–45%. The model predicted MLWHFQ scores when baseline age and MLWHFQ score were fixed at their respective means, and NYHA class was set to NYHA III. Lower MLWHFQ scores indicate higher quality of life.
