SRX3506091: SMRT sequence reads of Nd-1, DNA from leaves
25 PACBIO_SMRT (PacBio RS II) runs: 4.1M spots, 34.5G bases, 118.2Gb downloads

Design: High molecular weight DNA without further fragmentation was used to prepare a SMRTbell library with PacBio SMRTbell Template Prep Kit 1 (PacBio). The resulting library was size-selected using a BluePippin system to enrich for molecules larger than 11 kb.
