SRX5980629: Ruminococcoides bili genome and assembly
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 1.2M spots, 614.4M bases, 371.4Mb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA from IPLA60002 was purified using the DNeasy blood and tissue kit (Qiagen, Germany) and genome sequencing were determined using a 250-290 paired-end libraries with Illumina MiSeq Sequencing System (Illumina, USA) at GenProbio SRL (Parma, Italy). Genome assembly was performed with MIRA assembler v4.0.2. Open reading frames prediction was performed with Prodigal v2.6 (11). Automatic annotation of the ORFs was performed with BLAST against NCBI databases and HMMER software against PFAM database of the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI). Improved quality of the final contigs was performed with Burrows-Wheeler Aligner, SAMtools suite and VarScan v2.2.3 software packages.

show Abstracthide Abstract
In the context of the study of the human bile microbiota, we isolated from a healthy donor bile sample different isolates, among which we isolated an strictly anaerobic bacteria that showed a 92% identity with Ruminococcus bromii (16S rDNA gene).
Sample: Microbe sample from Ruminococcus bromii IPLA60002
