Updates:
*	Entrez search for Reference SNP (RS) with the 'rs' prefix (ie. rs328) has been restored.   Searching can also be done without the 'rs' prefix (ie. 328).
*	The human b138_MapLink.bcp.gz file on the FTP site has been updated to fix the strand orientation for 66K  rs.   The reported NM allele was wrong when rs and mrna are both in reverse orientationto the genome.
