The BRCA1 and BRCA2 assays were validated together with 100% Accuracy (33 positives and 18 negatives) to Sanger Sequencing results (17 BRCA1 mutations and 16 BRCA2 mutations covering both Insertions and Deletions). All precision studies showed 100% concordance (79/79).
