Download the value data (red bars) for each profile on this page
- Download files are tab-delimited and suitable for opening in a spreadsheet
application such as Excel. - Retrievals that incorporate multiple DataSets are organized by DataSet blocks.
- Experimental factor and gene annotation information is included.
- A download file includes profiles selected with checkboxes. If none are selected,
the file includes profiles shown on the current page; under 'Display Settings',
set 'Items per page' to 500 to get the maximum number of profiles. - To download values for a complete DataSet, please use the 'DataSet full SOFT file'
link available on the DataSet record.
Note:
Cross-DataSet normalizations are not performed, direct comparisons of values
between different DataSets are not appropriate.
