Title S. enterica transcriptome analysis in mouse B cells FACS sorted from the spleen
Sample type SRA

Source name RNA extracted from FACS sorted B cells infected with S. enterica 14028
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics infection: Samonella enterica strain 14028
tissue: spleen
Treatment protocol none
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Mice were infected with S. enterica strain 14028. Spleens were collected, homogenized and cells FACS sorted. Total RNA was extracted using the Ambion mirVana RNA isolation kit. Purified RNA was depleted of rRNA utilizing the epicentre ribozero metabacteria and eukaryotic kits. Illumina standard HISeq library construction.
