Description pH 6.8 treated cells versus pH 7.4 (log2), replicate #4 of quadruplicate)
Biological replicate 1 of 4. Control cells at 7.4 (7h) versus acid treatment at pH 6.8 (6d) for 24 h.
Data processing The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 9.5.3 (Agilent).
The data are normalized for signal intensity and are presented as the ratio of pH 5.9 to pH 7.4 or pH 6.8 to pH 7.4 (Log2).
