Sample GSM8371707 Query DataSets for GSM8371707
Status Public on Jul 04, 2024
Title ADV 3
Sample type SRA

Source name RAW264.7
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics cell line: RAW264.7
treatment: ADV
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated using a TRIzol total RNA extraction kit (TIANGEN,Cat.No.DP424), which yielded > 2 μg of total RNA per sample.
Whole mRNAseq libraries were generated by ApexBio Technology LLC. (Shanghai China) using Hieff NGS® Ultima Dual-mode mRNA Library Prep Kit ® (12310ES, China) following manufacturer’s recommendations. Amplify cDNA for the synthesis of the second chain of cDNA. Purify cDNA products by AMPure XP system (Beckman Coulter, Beverly, USA).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Description ADV-3_fpkm
Data processing Raw paired-end fastq reads were filtered by TrimGaloreto discard the adapters and low quality bases via calling the Cutadapt tool
The clean reads obtained were then aligned to the mm10/hg19 mouse/human genome using HISAT2, followed by reference genome-guided transcriptome assembly and gene expression quantification using StringTie
Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified by DEseq2(for sample with replications)or edgeR (for sample with no replication) with a cut-off value of log2|fold-change|>1 and p-value <0.05.
Assembly: mm10
Supplementary files format and content: processes data files includes FPKM for each sample
