AdiCreER; mT/mG; Atgl fl/fl male mice between 6-8 weeks are shaved and receive 1 dose of topical tamoxifen (5mg/ml in 100% ethanol) on the back skin 2 days prior to injections. Mice were then injected subcutaneously for 5 days with either 100ul of 300ug/ml PBS or Bleomycin Sulfate. Back skin was collected and dissociated and submitted for scRNA-sequencing.

Mouse skin was manually dissociated with scissors and then enzymatically with Liberase TL dissociated in a 37C shaking water minutes for 30minutes. The enzymatic reaction was halted. Cells were filtered through a 40um mesh.
