Fourty-eight hours after transfection of either siRNA targeting SNHG5 or the control, KGN cells were harvested and RNA was extracted.1.0 ug of total RNA was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries were constructed using SMARTER mRNA-seq Library Prep Kit according to the manufacturer's protocols.
