Tumor specimens were dissociated, stained and FACS sorted for FVD- CD45+. Isolated cells were washed with 0.5% BSA/PBS twice subjected to single-cell transcriptomic analysis using Chromium 10X platform scRNA-seq libraries were generated using Chromium 10x 3' v3.1 kit following manufacturer's protocol and sequenced by Illumina NovaSeq6000
