Mouse miRNome Sanger miRBase micro RNA Profiling Set ( Sytem Biosciences, USA) following the Manufacturer’s instructions. Using 10pg-10ug total RNA, tag all small RNAs with poly-A tails, anneal an oligo-dT adaptor, and generate first-strand cDNA through reverse transcription. Quantitative real-time PCR were performed with 40 cycles at 50 oC for 2minutes, 95 oC for 10minutes, 95 oC for 15 seconds and 60 oC for 1minutes.
