Biotin-labeled cRNA was synthesized from 100ng total RNA according to the manufacture's protocol.

cRNA 15µg were flagmentated, and hybridized for 16hr at 45 on GeneChip Rat Genome 230 2.0 Array. GeneChips were washed and stained with Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000.

Data processing |
The data were normalized using the statistical software R, and the qFARMS method.
