ChIP of Pol2 vs input DNA in wild type cells after growth to log phase at room temperature and then shift to 37C for 1 hour. Two replicates.

| Data processing |
Following scanning, features were extracted using Agilent Feature Extraction and normalized using Agilent ChIP Analytics using default settings except that dye swaps were done when appropriate. Full processed data is available in the ChIP_Analytics tsv supplementary files. VALUE in the data table represents the normalized log ratio test/ref.
