Sample GSM7290743 Query DataSets for GSM7290743
Status Public on May 29, 2024
Title soy peptide-diet fed group-house mouse #2 [GP2]
Sample type SRA

Source name Fecal
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: Fecal
cell type: gut microbial
genotype: WT
treatment: soy peptide diet / group-house
Treatment protocol Group-house and social isolation mice were fed either a control diet, containing 14% casein, or a soy peptide diet, containing 7% casein plus 7% soy peptides for 4 weeks post-weaning.
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Mouse fecal samples were collected directly into tubes from which microbial DNA were extracted.
The V3-V4 regions of 16S rRNA genes were amplified using PCR with individually barcoded universal primers and sequenced by MiSeq next-generation sequencer with an average depth of 75,000 reads per sample.
