Hybridization protocol |
Hybridizations were performed on slides containing four arrays, with each array containing 622060 in-situ synthesized 60-mer oligonucleotides, representing 170344 unique chromosomal locations (Agilent Technologies).

Images of the arrays were acquired using a microarray scanner G2505CA (Agilent technologies) and image analysis was performed using feature extraction software version 10.7 (Agilent Technologies).

Data processing |
The date were imported into Agilent Genomic Workbench using the aberration detection method 2 (ADM-2) algorithm (10.0 threshold) for further analysis.
