fastq files were quality chekced using fastqc Reads from each sample we maped using STAR(v2.53a) Edge R is used to conduct differmetial expression analysis and to output normalized TPM values. Assembly: Hg18 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited files with normalized TPM values
