Sample GSM6784583 Query DataSets for GSM6784583
Status Public on Apr 18, 2023
Title TC28a2 cells transfected with control vector, replicate 3
Sample type SRA

Source name TC28a2
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: TC28a2
cell type: chondrocytes
genotype: control vector
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from TC28a2 cells transfected with a vector control (n=3) or FAP overexpression vector (n=3) 48 hours post-transfection using TRIzol. RNA quality was confirmed using NanoDrop measurements of OD 260/280 and 260/230.
DRUG-seq (high throughput low-cost RNA-Seq) libraries were generated for all replicas and the libraries sequenced on Illumina NextSeq 2000.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model NextSeq 2000

Description TC28a2_Control_Rep3
Data processing Raw FASTQ files were aligned using HISAT2 and assigned to genomic features with the featureCounts function of the Subread package.
Assembly: GRCh38
Supplementary files format and content: Counts matrix
