Extraction protocol RNA from control and Brg1 mutant oligodendrocytes were extracted using TRIZOL (Life Technologies) followed by purification using an RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen).
RNA-seq libraries were prepared using Illumina RNA-Seq Preparation Kit.
