Treatment protocol |
Cell were treated after plating into 6-well cell culture plates with the indicated cytokines (20 ng/ml M-CSF. 20 ng/ml IL-4 and vehicle (DMSO:ethanol) or 1 uM Rosiglitazone.

Growth protocol |
Bone marrow cells were isolated from the femur, washed twice with PBS and cultured in RPMI+10% FCS supplemented with glutamine, penicillin and streptomycin and 20 ng/ml M-CSF. Fresh media and cytokines were added every other day for 10 days.
