Data processing |
Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v 8.5.1.1) was used for background subtraction and LOWESS normalization. The WACA algorithm (F Lepretre et al., NAR 2010) was finally used for CGH waves correction for fine and reliable genomics comparisons.
