Status Public on Aug 19, 2021
Title WT_MEFs_w_IL-6_rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name WT MEFs with IL-6 treatment
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics cell line: Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol An RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) was used to isolate total RNA.
Library preparation was performed using a TruSeq stranded mRNA sample prep kit (Illumina, San Diego, CA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Library strategy ncRNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection size fractionation
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000

Description WT MEFs with IL-6 treatment (100 ng/ml) for 24 h
Data processing Sequencing was performed on an Illumina HiSeq3000 platform in a 100-base paired-end mode.
The sequenced reads were mapped to the mouse reference genome sequences (GRCm38.p6) using HISAT2.
The fragments per kilobase of exon per million mapped fragments (FPKMs) were calculated using Cufflinks version 2.2.1.
Genome_build: GRCm38.p6
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: FPKM processed value in csv file
