Data processing |
Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to human genome (hg38) using the CLC Biomedical Genomics Workbench 4 (QIAGEN Bioinformatics). The read numbers mapped of each gene was counted and Reads Per Kilobase of exon model per Million mapped reads,(RPKM) of each gene was calculated based on the length of the gene and reads count mapped to this gene by using the CLC Biomedical Genomics Workbench 4 (QIAGEN Bioinformatics). Genome_build: hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample.
