Sequenced reads were trimmed using trimmomatic based on reads quality and adaptor sequence The resulting reads were mapped to cj1700 using STAR version 2.6.0c Reads mapped to exon regions were counted using featureCount version 1.5.1. Raw count data was loaded to R software and normalized using Seurat version 3.0.0. Genome_build: cj1700 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include normalized values for each Sample.
