Status Public on Feb 03, 2021
Title 02_fiblo
Sample type SRA

Source name E01F fibroblast
Organism Callithrix jacchus
Characteristics cell type: Fibroblast
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Cells were sorted into 96 well plate with a flow cytometer SH800 (SONY) and dissolved with single cell lysis buffer
Library were constructed using GenNext RamDA-seqTM Single Cell Kit and Netera XT library prep kit

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Data processing Sequenced reads were trimmed using trimmomatic based on reads quality and adaptor sequence
The resulting reads were mapped to cj1700 using STAR version 2.6.0c
Reads mapped to exon regions were counted using featureCount version 1.5.1.
Raw count data was loaded to R software and normalized using Seurat version 3.0.0.
Genome_build: cj1700
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include normalized values for each Sample.
