Pig left ventricular tissues were excised, flash frozen in liquid nitrogen, and RNA was isolated using NucleoSpin RNA kit (740955, Macherey-Nagel).

Fastq files were trimmed to remove adapter and loq quality sequences using Trimmomatic V 0.33
Trimmed reads were mapped to the reference (Sscrofa11) using hisat2 V 2.0.5
After trimming the reads were quantified using Kallisto V 0.43.1, this gives us TPM
