Description |
Dural myeloid cells were sorted from 20 mice
|
Data processing |
Illumina bcl2fastq software used for basecalling UMI count matrices generated using the Cellranger count pipeline. Fastq files from each run were specified using the --fastqs flag The cellranger count pipeline, resulted in one count matrix for each of our sample conditions (A488 + (IV injection) A647+ (ICM injection, Double Positive, Double Negative) Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tar archive containing the raw UMI count matrices for each sample as well as matrices with cell barcodes and gene symbols.
