Data processing |
Microarray images were processed using default settings of the Agilent Feature Extraction software (G2567AA, Version A.10.10.1) and the GE1_1105_Oct12 protocol. Extracted single-color raw data txt files were further analyzed in the R/Bioconductor environment and the package limma. Background correction was perfomred using normexp with offset 15 and the data were normalized by quantile normalization.
