Sample GSM4182448 Query DataSets for GSM4182448
Status Public on Feb 24, 2020
Title 9-Normal
Sample type RNA

Source name normal
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue type: normal
sample type: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded blocks (FFPE Blocks)
Growth protocol tissue protocol: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded blocks of SPN specimens were obtained from the archives of the Institute of Pathology. Samples were reviewed, and ten micrometer thick sections were cut from the tumor block, and transferred on to glass slides. A single glass slide containing a block sample was stained with hematoxylin and eosin, and tumor margins were marked by the pathologist (EB). Microdissection was performed manually to extract tumoral tissue using a sharp scalpel.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated using miRNeasy Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany), according to manufacturer’s instructions
Label biotin
Label protocol Genisphere FlashTag Biotin Labeling Assay according to the manufacturer's protocol

Hybridization protocol according to the manufacturer's protocol (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA)
Scan protocol GenePix 4000B array scanner, according to the manufacturer's protocol
Data processing Gene-level analyses was performed. RMA normalization, summarization by mean, all were done by Partek Genomics suite (version 6.5) Copyright ©
