Visceral (epididymal) adipose tissue from obese rAAV-LacZ (control) or rAAV-Lmo3 (experimental) transduced C57BL6/J mice was collected after 12 weeks of high fat diet (HFD).

Animals were exposed to a High Fat Diet (Reseach Diets cat.No. D12492) at an age of 6 weeks for a total of 12 weeks.
