Total RNA was collected using TRIzol reagent following the manufacturer’s protocol. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Data processing |
Raw data (raw reads) of fastq format were firstly processed through in-house perl scripts. Clean reads were mapped to reference using Bowtie2. Only unique mapped reads were used in further analysis. Differentially expressed genes were identified using DESeq2 algorithms. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample.
