RNA |
Source name |
mesenchymal stem cell, inactivated LRP5, control medium, 24 hr
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: T244 cell type: mesenchymal stem cell form of overexpressed lrp5: inactivated treatment: control conditioned medium treatment time: 24 hr
Treatment protocol |
Cells were treated with 50% control condition medium or Wnt3a condition medium for 1 hour or 24 hours.
Growth protocol |
Cells were cultured in minimum essential medium (MEM, Invitrogen) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS, PAA laboratories), and 1% penicillin/streptomycin.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was isolated by the RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen), followed by DNase I treatment with the same kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with the Agilent Bioanalyzer.
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotinylated cRNA were prepared with the Ambion MessageAmp kit for Illumina arrays. Quality control was performed with the Agilent Bioanalyzer.
Hybridization protocol |
Standard Illumina hybridization protocol.
Scan protocol |
Standard Illumina scanning protocol.
Description |
hMSC immortalized by human telomerase. replicate 3 of 3.
Data processing |
The data were normalised using cubic spline normalisation with Illumina Beadstudio software.
Non-normalized data are available in the 'GSE16186_non-normalized_data.txt' file, which is linked to the GSE16186 record as a supplementary file.
