Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from 20 mg fresh-frozen non-tumoral liver tissue with Trizol reagent (Invitrogen) and purified with RNeasy columns (Qiagen, Valencia, CA). RNA sample concentration and quality were assessed by NanoDrop ND-1000 spectrometer (NanoDrop, Wilmington, DE) and bioanalyzer (Agilent, Palo Alto, CA), respectively.
