Basecalls performed using CASAVA version 1.4 Sequencing reads were alligned to mm10 and hg38 using STAR tools Low quality reads were filtered out and onlys readz >30 qc were rpcessed further MeRIP peaks were identified using MeTPeak package Genome_build: mm10, hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Gene count files are provided as processed files, with read numbers detected and summed per gene for given sample.
