Fibroblasts were transfected with an siRNA against CUX1, LIFR, STAT3, STAT4 and ELF3 and plated on day 1 at 50,000 cells per well in 24-well plates in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were serum-starved on day 2 by changing to 1% FBS-containing media.
