Raw data bcl files were first demultiplexed using Cell Ranger mkfastq Demultiplexed data was then processed using the Cell Ranger count pipeline 8bp I7 sample barcode 26bp read1 (16bp Chromium barcode and 10bp UMI) 98bp read2 (transcript) Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files including raw counts (output CellRanger Count) for each sample
