Status Public on Dec 29, 2020
Title X7.femur.Mac.3
Sample type SRA

Source name 7-femur-Mac
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
tissue: untreated femurs
cell type: bone marrow nucleated cells
cells subtype: macrophage
Treatment protocol Target cells were sorted from the bone marrow nucleated cells.
Growth protocol All mice in this study were kept in C57BL/6J background. Macrophages were sorted from MSC-treated tibias and untreated femurs of two individual mice.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using the Rneasy micro kit with on-column Dnase treatment (Qiagen, 74004).
Library was constructed using VAHTSTM mRNA -seq V3 Library Prep Kit for Illumian (Vazyme , NR 611).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NextSeq 500

Data processing Bcl2fastq convert .bcl files into fastq files
Fastq files were aligned to mm10 genome by HISAT2 and generated raw counts values by featureCounts of Subread package.
Gene expression levels of different saMacles were normalized by DESeq2
Genome_build: mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: raw count table was a csv file
