Title |
Temporally restricted feeding in Liver of Cry1,Cry2 KO mice_CT38 |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
Cry1,Cry2 KO mouse Liver under restricted feeding at circadian time 38
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
Strain: Cry1,Cry2 double KO, Gender: female, Age: 8-16 weeks, Condition: temporally restricted food availability CT1(25)-CT9(33)
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol extraction followed by Qiagen RNeasy columns
Label |
Biotin
Label protocol |
Standard Affymetrix protocol
Hybridization protocol |
Standard Affymetrix protocol
Scan protocol |
Standard Affymetrix scan protocol
Description |
Food was made available to Cry1,Cry2 double KO mice only during 8 hours of the day for two weeks. Mice were then released into constant darkness while food availability was still restricted to between CT25 and CT33 and tissue was collected during the second day of constant darkness
Data processing |
Data from CEL files were normalized in R using the 'affy' package and the gcRMA algorithm. Log transformation of values was reversed and all values of a series of arrays were median normalized to 100
